- You may not see your bill(s) in your online account if we are still working with your insurance company to finalize your claim. It could take up to a few months to go through the claims process and determine how much you may owe. A bill is not issued and will not appear online until the process is complete.
- Another reason you may not be seeing your bill(s) online is because you have not yet verified your ZenHealth online account. You must go through the verification process so we can be sure you are who you say you are, and to match your online account with your records in our system.

If you have verified your account, some bills may still not appear online because they are from providers who are not yet in our payment system. This includes ambulance services, labs, Urgent Care, and ZenHealth Medical Center. However, you can still pay these bills online here.
