You can attend your telehealth appointment from any device that has access to your email. When you book a telehealth appointment, you will receive an email with your appointment information and will be able to attend your appointment via the link provided. You will be prompted to log into your ZenHealth account and will then be connected to your telehealth visit. If the appointment is a Connect appointment, you will be prompted to download the ZenHealth app to attend.

Your order number is located in the upper right-hand corner of your special order contract or order confirmation email.
